Truss has significant experience in conducting front-end analyses to diagnose performance barriers and in creating solutions for enabling talent. She has designed numerous technical skills training curricula, leadership development programs, and business training for the energy sector.  Additionally, she led a re-engineering initiative for a call center, transforming it into a human performance team designed to address not only skill and knowledge requirements, but included a review of the environment where work was performed and how incentives were used to shape performance.
